Welcome Letter, Payment Agreement Form, Book Lists and Term Dates

ATTENTION: RETURNING STUDENTS; ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-2024

Students who will be advancing to Grades 8 to 11 & 13, in the upcoming Academic Year 2023-2024 will not be provided with physical School Packages. As such, Returning Students are required to download the following documents in order to prepare suitably for the new school year:

 

1. Principal’s Welcome Letter

2. Payment Agreement Form

3. Term Dates

4. Book Lists

5. MOE Medical Report Form

6. Hampton School Medical Consent Form

 

The Medical Report Form is to be completed by your Medical Doctor and submitted to Hampton School on Registration Day (see Term Dates).
