- Students MUST obtain at least FIVE (5) CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English Language at grade 1 or 2. No Grade three (3) will be accepted for subjects chosen.
- All sections of the application form must be completed. All relevant documents must be submitted with the application.
- All non-Hampton School applicants must submit their original CSEC results to the administrative office as soon as these results are released. We will NOT accept results over the phone or via third party.
- Applicants must contact the Administrative Office at 966-5163/966-5937 to ascertain the progress of their application. Or email, hampton@cwjamaica.com.
- A copy of the applicant’s last report along with one passport size photograph MUST be submitted with the application form. The applicant’s full name must be at the back of the photograph.
- All successful applicants must be accompanied by their parents/guardians to the Sixth Form Orientation on a date to be announced.
- The uniform for all students must reach (2 inches) below their knees and it MUST NOT be tight.
